Hello .. newbie here to the world of vintage watches and have my eyes set on UG polerouter.
This forum has been so helpful to help me understand and appreciate these vintage watches even more.
I was looking at a particular watch online and I could not find the reference number in the reference guide so thought I’ll check here.
Reference 103531 / cal 215.
Pics below for your perusal. The glass or original as per owner. Pic of movement will be shared later.
I am after a rose gold watch and would would your value able feedback.

I agree the pics look suspicious and over exposed.
The reference number isn’t in the guide online. So wanted to check if this is a scam or maybe a rarer piece?

I'm no expert on Polerouters so wait for others to answer.

Im guessing they meant to write 10353-1 as the reference.

Its not on the reference website because its not a polerouter (small case, 32.5mm, and no polerouter text on the dial).
So, it looks like the OP example has had the dial swapped at some point in its life with one from a Polerouter Jet - probably from a reference 10369-1.

There are a few old and current for sale/auction ads you can see examples of 10353-1 and -2:
Kaplans: https://www.kaplans.se/sv/auktioner/3376/vara/1426176
VintageCaliber: https://vintagecaliber.com/products/1958-universal-geneve-automatic-microtor-18k-rg
eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/292067228461

This website may earn commission from Ebay sales.

Its a little hard to tell by the pics, but arent those lugs the PR jet lugs?

They are.

We are not being given full information here. My guess is that the case top is from Ref. 10368 or 10369. Dial probably matches case top. Since seller has chosen not to reveal the case reference number on back, there is no way to know what this is.

I would just move on.

It is a nice watch but at almost 3k usd you can do better imao. Not original crown either.
