Hi folks, amazing gathering of UG fans and watches! For somewhat reason, i didn't have much luck with them in the past, but trying to change that now. I've been kicking myself for a while trying to find an original correct period 869.111 crown. Checked here and there but nothing much of late. Comparing images, i suspect the original crown carries the "U" in a shield. What i don't know though is the exact specs of the crown. But if i'm wrong about the crown looks, i was wondering if someone can add some pics with an original crown either attached or detached to a 869111 case, and possibly the diameter and thickness of the original crown. I recently found a guy that has a U embossed crown without the shield, with a size of 4.5mm x 3mm. Not the exact match but looks like the best candidate so far and it doesn't have to break the bank for it while waiting for the correct one, what do you think ? Thank you!
