Were you mowing the grass with it? By mowing the grass with it, I mean did you run it over with the lawn mower, repeatedly?

Ask NASA astronauts... always the lower pusher that goes first !

.

The only reason for Apollo 17 was to recover that pusher on the moon. Unfortunately, it proved a very difficult task. Several unmanned missions have been sent since then for that exact reason, proving yet again unsuccessful.

How does a watch end up like that even with 5 dogs? Do they use it as a toy? Genuine questions BTW…

I believe that if you photograph any watch with magnification after several years of wear, it will look exactly like this.

Produced in 1964. I own it since 2010.

Yeah, no, I do have to disagree with you 😉. I’ll add a comparable example- this is my go to watch. I wear it just about every day, and in fact, for two years I wore it daily and put it through a lot.

I just have two big dogs, so you do have me beat with your five, however, mine still do get a lot of heavy play 😀. Outside of that, I have traveled, swam, camped, hiked, done lots of yard work, built a large gazebo, used plenty of power tools, drilled through concrete, packed/moved, assembled lots of furniture, and so much more all while this was strapped to my wrist. It has collected a bunch of fine swirls that I don’t mind at all, but it still looks great.

Here are some pics under magnification all taken today.

I think the poor lighting, the dirt and quality of the photo isn't helping OP, you guys are being a bit harsh. Did you end up getting the pusher back on?

While I do agree with the poor lighting and image quality… the OP did say “it will look exactly like this.” which of course, does open the door to say otherwise 😉. Not sure how anyone was harsh though.

I’m waiting for the spaceship to get me to the moon. I want to pick up the pusher which was lost by NASA guys.
