Oops, missed a picture of it on a tan NATO strap. It would probably look better with brushed steel hardware, but overall, I think this looks acceptable.
This is a funny coincidence as I completely missed this post of yours but I think I bought this exact same strap from C&B including the black hardware. Seeing C&B's website images, I thought the strap/black hardware looked fantastic and now having it in person, I still think it looks great but I do agree that I think it would have looked better with brushed steel.

I also bought their Cyprus (olive seatbelt) nato but feeling a bit underwhelmed by it in the bright California light. This strap looks much better in diffused natural light imo.

Still on the hunt for more though.

Another strap combo that looks/feels great. It doesn’t pass under the watch, so it seats really flush. It’s a smart watch Velcro strap. It has two sticky bits on either end. Quite perfect really. I love the original but wish there were more original options.

where are these from? Just bought an fxd and I love the look of the single pass leather straps.

Edit- nevermind I see from a previous pic it’s atelier romane. Looks great.

Lets bump this thread…in the hope of seeing more combos! Still thoroughly enjoy this modern Tudor. Single pass natos are the perfect match…

On an old 20mm strap I had. Actually think they look alright on a thinner.

You can make it ‘thinner’ by making it single-pass…it involves modifying the strap with a scissors though…
