After a lot of thought decided to part with this piece. Recently subject to a complete service with several parts replaced and as such is running perfectly. Signed crown, light engraving to case back and comes head only. Just realised first image is pre-service and new crystal.
Photographs tell the story of this 7909.
£700 including European shipping, elsewhere at cost. Payment by bank transfer or pp in sterling and at no cost.

Many thanks 👍 The dial apart from texture has the uncanny ability to appear a different colour in different light conditions.

I have often admired this watch from your photos. I'm curious is it about 35mm?

Duh! Thanks for pointing the obvious to me.

S'alright. We let one go per member. 😉

I have this exact strap on a manual SM, Cal 268...love the way it brings out the classic features of the watch...

You don't make the trains run on time?
