Hello all. Starting to delve into vintage watches, mainly Omegas, but I happened upon this Tudor watch locally and took a liking to it. Any information regarding it would be most appreciated. Provided the movement is in good shape what would be a fair market price? Seller is asking $650. I apologize for the poor quality photos, they are the seller's. I've asked for higher res pics but have yet to get them. Thanks.

They are not especially rare: they were given out in recognition of long service by British Rail in the late '50s. I like them, but at 32mm, they're quite small by modern standards, and have fixed lugs, which can make getting new straps a pain. Difficult to tell from your photos, but the inking on the Tudor rose looks a bit heavy. $650 would be at the top of the range for something like this. Here's mine:
