Trying to date this old lady's DeVille Quartz

I got this watch through a charity auction, liked it enough to see how it cleans up. I would really like to know more about it. Here is what I have so far.
Numbers on the inside of the case: GD-5910054 2193. I think this makes it made in the 1970's, GD is plated 80m yellow steelback, which seems to match the case. 591 is Lady's Electronic Non-Waterproof. Yes, it looks like a lady's, has a quartz movement, definitely not water anything with its no-gasket back and push button crown. I could not find anything to help me decode the 0054 or 2193. Number on the movement (on the battery strap) is 12537957. So, looks like maybe late 1970's quartz DeVille. Photos below. Wondering if it is a Frankenwatch or counterfeit, unlike other vintage quartzes that have movement inscribed on the back. Maybe that was a 1980's thing.
Any help or comments will be appreciated. View attachment 1537738 View attachment 1537740

Oh it's genuine but newer than the 70's. I'm not sure why it would be important to nail down the exact date of manufacture as it's not a collector item.

Just curiosity. If I sell it or give it away, I would like to be able to say something definitive about it. Regarding newer than the 70's, that code looks like MAPICS, not PICS; but just checked a second source that tells me MAPICS was in used in parallel with PICS until 2007. That, and the lack of a serial number makes we continue to wonder about it. If it is genuine, I would appreciate knowing what identifies it as such. I think it looks genuine in some details (the dial, case markings) but no SN makes we wonder.

It's genuine. I wouldn't go nuts researching it as it's got practically no value. Give it to a female and be happy👍
