·I ca t be sure from you pics which pushers are fitted - looks like it might be the larger .12 or .22 type?
If so, I would say the serial, midcase and pushers all suggest this is a 145.012 with an incorrect caseback. However, when one piece is shown to be incorrect you really need to challenge everything and scrutinise all the parts closely.
