I've managed to pick my wife up a lovely omega like this picture


a few questions:
How can I date when it's from?

It keeps great time and the jeweller said their watch guy had checked it over, is there any point getting anyone else to look at it and make sure it's all ok?

The pin that hold the strap to the case is a bit loose, almost looks a bit bent, are these easily replaced by any watch repairer? (or is it a send it off jobbie to Omega?)

Welcome, as for the date, look at your posted picture. That's the ballpark.

mine in green says HOWDY




Or find the serial number on the movement and google Omega Serial Numbers to give a rough estimate
