Hi everyone, I recently had a Trematic and I was really, really impressed with the overall quality. The angular lugged case with its polished bezel and brushed sides and caseback looks very good and the Felsa seemed quite durable.

@dougiedude should chime in as he probably has the biggest Trematic collection on OF 😉
You’re funny!

Yes, I have kept my eyes and ears open, and now I have Two! 😁 ..thanks to @slique12 !

I love that movement as well; the first ever bi-directional automatic…

Here’s the ‘Collection’ 😉:

I really love the turned lugs, and the funky font on this one. It has ‘502’ on the back:

Looks just fine.. it’s not a watch that someone’s gonna want to fake, since it’s an unknown brand. And from what I can see, the dial looks untouched.

maybe ask to see the case back, and that all functions are operating well, then…

Nab it!

Cheers mate that's what I thought just thought I might get confirmation from the esteemed members of OF. What do you reckon is a reasonable price range for one of these? I thought maybe 800-1200.

I’ve joined the club with this Keystone! Also near NOS like many of the others.

Congrats, I always wondered where all these NOS Trematic/Keystone comes from.

I have a grande total of two, now 😝

I've found very little information on the brand, as has many before me, but Mikrolisk states that the company was formed by E. Petremand in Colgny (part of Geneva), Switzerland on April 12, 1952. All of the examples I've seen have the noteworthy Felsa Bidynator (very first bi-directional auto) movement inside.

Here's my tiny collection 😀, a ref. 602 (Moonphase) and a ref. 502:

... interestingly, here's an auction from a few years ago that was selling a Trematic TDMP (ref.602) like mine, but it had the 'Tiffany & Co.' name on the dial:

I know there's a small number of Trematics among our members, so please do share yours, and any information you may have on this seemingly 'phantom' Swiss brand!
Also caliber "Rotomatic", AS1361 also used in the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms

Never heard of them.

Oh, hang on, do you mean this brand?

I think I have one in my "Collection starting with T".

interesting about As1361.

I managed to get one with a bit of dial patina for under £400 here in Uk where prices run a little high
