·I have for sale a Trebex solid 9 carot Gold watch hallmarked 375.
It is stamped on the face non magnetic and has a swiss mechanical movement which is 15 jewel.
The watch case has various different stamps on the inside, all of which I think the hallmarks roughly point to 1956.
It is also stamped B.W.C London made 17893.
I have included a picture of the inside of the case so you can do your own research if you want to find out more information.
It has an unusual square shaped case and has the usual wear and tear for a watch of this age, please study all photos before bidding.
The Time piece is ticking away nicely although it is running slightly fast, I am no expert but from my understanding it just probably needs a service as I have no idea when it was last checked over.
Apparently the lubricants dry up over time causing the movement to go out of alignment which can cause it to speed up.
It is from my personal collection.
The Trebex company are no longer around although when they were they were renowned for making high quality watch cases and even provided companies such as ROLEX with cases for their movements.
The movement is swiss made as were all Trebex timepieces.
