Hello to eveyone!
Just to make sure you know the Swedish version of ebay, called Tradera.
If you are not familiar with the language it might take a while to find the right track of things but you might end up with great finds that aren't available at the "normal" ebay sites - this one is very local. I'm taking the liberty of sharing an Omega Marine that is now running and you might be interested in.
http://www.tradera.com/omega-marin-1930-tal--auktion_190118_208712213
A translation list:
watches - Klockor
used - Begagnat
My list - minneslistan

Brands are divided in to different categories. Omega for instance is in the category "Exklusiva klockor" meaning exclusive watches (that's easy).
Of course you always need to create an account - your ebay account does not work.

Hope you'll enjoy it!

Interesting, I didn't know this site. Very nice Marine by the way.

My sister lives in Sweden, I anticipate she may have some homework for me.........😉

Thanks Togri. I actually don't know how to turn on email notifications for ending auctions.
Your help would be much appreciated.👍

+1 on Tradera, some good finds there. Many of the smaller pawn shops around the country post their auctions there as well.

It's a big mystery though why Tradera, which is 100% owned by eBay, is not just called ebay.se like they do everywhere else in the world...

You need to add the item to your favourites "minneslistan". When on an item page there is a little heart below the bidding button "lägg bud" called "spara i minneslistan". You can then go to your profile page "min profil". Under your personal details there are a number of options you can click on/off. One is e-mail notification 2 hours before an item on your favourite list "minneslista" ends. It is the one saying "jag vill bli påmind via e-post 2 timmar innan..." See picture. I don't think you can get a notification on all items within a specific category. The site is not that advanced 😀 Hope it helps

I have tried tradera and it's ok. It's actually owned by ebay. Most of the time however I find watches to be quite expensive on thadera.
