Short comment rgd. Movado: in the 90's Movado had very collectable Chronos and a few other rare vintage watches. Then it was sold to some Arabian Nobleman ( forgot the story ; somebody else might know....) And overnight the desirability of Vintage Movado watches plummeted to Zero.... Sudden change in " fast shifting Desires" , as I wrote above. Does not matter to the serious collector. Does matter to the Business minded Dealer/Collector......
