Hello @Guero and welcome to the forum! You appear to have a Tissot chronograph in an 18k gold snapback case, powered by a C27.41H movement designed and manufactured by Lemania around 1945. I think the 12-hour hand has perhaps been replaced some time in its past history. The "stick" style hour and minute hands are unusual; it was far more common for Tissot to use "plume" hands on these C27 gold chronographs, as seen here:

That's a beautiful watch. I would recommend using Google's Gemini or Grok to identify it further, but it looks to be late 1940s.
