I'm not sure about 'God's Own Country' but this is definitely 'God's Own Tea'

By chance, this time last year (And by that I mean to the day and the hour) a very talented doctor was elbow deep inside my chest and was literally holding my life in her hands.
(when you think about it, that’s got to be really messy 😵💫)
