Yes, that is a ref 124146, of which there exist a few variants. The dial is redone of course.

Well, laying aside for a minute that the fonts are wrong (which you would have to study comparable dials to recognize), look at the way the minute markings every 5 minutes - 5, 10, 20, 15, 35, 40, etc - are incomplete next the hour batons where the batons made it impossible for the redial cliche to contact the dial. No dial ever left the factory that way.
