Could you tell us something about it and why you're interested in it or if you've done any research on it yourself? Your own thoughts on it are appreciated.

In general I have also noted that usually OP's who share their thoughts and findings in posts like these, get more answers. Posters who treat this forum as a free appraisal service usually get what they deserve.

Politeness (e.g. "thanks", "please") also helps in getting answers.

Sorry everyone if I cause any offence. I really don’t mean to come across as rude, but I do not know a great deal about watches and trying my best to buy my first vintage watch.

So from research, hands look original, dial looks like it has not been repainted and lume has not been touched.

The movement is 501 cal, I have been advised to look for movements that are newer such as 565 cal but really like the beefy case style that the 501 is housed inside.

I really like the watch and think it’s a good example of things that I have been looking at in my price range £500-£800. But I don’t know anything really.

Again, I am sorry for been rude or coming across like I am using this as free appraisal. I really just want to get into vintage omega with the right watch.

    thanks Jacob
