Thoughts on this triple date?

I was looking at this triple date and was hoping for some feedback. Case looked okay to me (though maybe over polished?), bezel worn and could use a replacement which I think wouldn't be too hard, but I have a bit of pause on the hands and the dial.

The lume on the hands seems to have almost been darkened (it doesn't look like it's fallen out to me?) which I don't think I've seen before, is that normal? Also the sub-second markings around the dial seem to be dulled as well, but maybe that's just poor photography.

Seller said it is a ref 9023.3117 which doesn't sound right at all, this I believe is a 3520.50 if anyone is able to confirm?

Thanks for the advice! I think I will pass on this one and be patient for another.

In terms of the hand lume (so that I know for the next time), does that look "normal" or is that a sign of something off? I've seen "moldy" lume on hands before, is this similar?
