Hi Everyone,

First time looking into getting a vintage Omega watch having always looked at modern watches.
This particular Geneve caught my eye and wondering what you guys think about it?
Around £400 is the price I'm being offered for it.
The dials seems a bit too clean so not sure if it has been touched up or not..

Let me know what you guys think.

 

Looks OK. Best thing to do is educate yourself by looking a lots of these and compare.

I've had a look at a few but wanted to get some input from you guys.
Price seems about average too on UK Ebay anyway..

 

Looks fine - price may be a tad high but it looks like you've taken regional variations into account

 

Yeah there were definitely some sales from Japan and the US that made the average a bit higher. Also a few less clean/more damaged examples at the much cheaper end.
Eitherway, I'll see how it looks when it arrives next week
