Getting close to finalizing a deal on this Aqua Terra 2803.80.37 - Seller is the original owner, has the Certification cards but no box & instructions. The piece was last serviced about 3 years ago. No major flaws, mostly normal wear and tear. Any concerns at all with this specific ref?
