Hi!

I’ve come across this 14710 that seems nice although I don’t know much about this ref…
Tried getting more pictures from the seller but these are the best he could come up with…No UV light either to test the lume…
Any thoughts from here? Everything seems original? Case not overpolished? He is asking 950€ which seems pretty high when I look for past sales of this reference here…
Thanks!

In my opinion, it is a redial. Coincidentally, I just received this 14710 recently. Note how the text is gilt, not white.

The dial has been redone. The lume material in the markers (possibly radium) doesn’t match the material in the hands.

Wow, that’s a really sharp one!

The “-matic” of “automatic” is written in the form of a bridge, I don’t find this redial too sharp tbh. 😁

True! But what I was calling sharp was not the redial, it was seekingseaquest’s watch! 😁

Something tells me you won't let that go, but dibs if you ever decide to part with it.

I would expect white writing on a black dial with silver-color markers and hands... as I had one years ago that I foolishly let go!

Haha, mea culpa - misread that quote. I’m with you on Phils example!
