Yes, the image is sub-optimal, but this is the best I can get out of the seller, and it's like pulling teeth. First thoughts--original or redial? I'm trying valiantly to get better pix, but he's proper old-school!

Swiss Made above the minute marks is a design for a dial from the 70s or later. This is a redial, I’m afraid.

Don’t be sorry - happy to learn. I haven’t and this plus the combination with the small second hand being too short (or so I’d think, since it doesn’t reach the rim of the subdial) let me to believe it, apologies for the incorrect conclusion then. All the better for the OP 😀

My comment was only for the position of swiss made

I am unsure about the dial concerning re-dial - I don´t like the shape of the logo, so (going by the poor photo) I lean towards redial

30T2 was not made in the 1950's - it would be a 26x at this time. The Omega symbol is not rounded quite enough for the 1940's and the hands and hour markers look like early 50's. The second hand is too short and the minute track looks a bit odd. The fabric textured dial is quite unique. If it is really a 30T2 inside, I would would be very suspicious. What is the case reference and movement SN?

@Dr.Sascha did you post a screenshot or is this the original photo from the seller?
If the latter, why does the seller send you a screenshot if he can send the original photo?
I'd be careful...
