here's a watch that been for sale for awhile . Seems to be legit to me My concerns are that the hands condition seems worst than the dial ( redial?) and not sure if crown is correct.

Been told crystal, hands and crown have been replaced but correct for watch . Not sure if it's worth the asking price of 1k . Feedback appreciated

What are on top of hour markers? Black paint or onyx inserts?
