Thinking about selling something..

So I’m considering selling one or two, but don’t want to part with them. The constellation and triple calendar aren’t going anywhere, and the swatches aren’t worth the effort. So what does the OF think? All are in basically new condition and are full sets. Snoopy has a 57 flatlink on it and a new original strap unopened. Four 3861s, white, hesalite, FOIS and snoopy 50. Anyone want to make an offer?

Which 3861 gets worn the most and least? If it were me it’d be Snoopy most hesalite least and that hesalite would be the one to go, curious how you rank them

I wear Snoopy the least, because I don't want it to get damaged, not that any of mine are abused at all. Favorite is the white one.

Seeing them together, the snoopy and the white speedy look very similar. Or at least, look very similar under that light

Or, sell the hesalite and FOIS, and turn around dump that cash in to an Ed White

Big difference in value between a plain Jane hesalite and the Snoopy. Do you need the money, or just want to liquidate because you aren't wearing a particular watch? That's a factor. If you aren't wearing Snoopy because you don't want to get it damaged, that's a data point to be considered. I don't think I've ever had a watch that I didn't wear because I didn't want to damage it, but I've had a few that I had to be careful when and where I wore it. If a watch can't/won't be worn for a particular reason, it's a candidate to go. I'm not interested in safe queens.

Could use some cash, but not broke by any means. Just seem to have too many.

Since the white dial is a favorite, sell the hesalite, the FOIS and the Snoopy and get an Ed White with plenty of money to spare. Two very wearable watches then.....white dial and Ed White.

Although. If the snoopy isn't getting worn because of fear, an Ed White probably is the same

Not fear, I just don't wear it to work. I do wear all of the others to work.

Well then I wholeheartedly endorse the plan of you selling cool watches to buy an even cooler watch.

An Ed White would certainly fly under the radar at work compared to the Snoopy.

That sounds about right.

That's a lot of Speedmasters for sure. And then a similar style Tudor chronograph to boot. What is the rest of the collection like?
