It appears to be real but the hands are incorrect replacements and the dial has been very poorly refinished.

You're welcome.

Liam Khant, welcome to OF. With all due respect, I don't think that you're quite ready yet to properly evaluate a vintage watch for purchase. My advise would be to slow down and focus on the learning process. Begin with this thread on OF: Learn How To Fish | Omega Forums Watch all of the videos that are available on YouTube from The Omega Enthusiast. The next step is to identify a particular reference or references that interest you. Then read everything you can about them here on OF and elsewhere. If you are interested in a vintage Constellation, for example, Desmond's website is a must: Omega Constellation Collectors: Omega Constellation Vintage Database (omega-constellation-collectors.blogspot.com) Study photos of those references which you know to be genuine (OF is a good source) and then compare them to photos of the same references with significant flaws (redials, overpolished cases, wrong hands, bad lume, etc.). Eventually you'll begin to be able to pick out the good examples from those that you should avoid. For good examples of entry level Omegas for sale, check out this thread daily: Recommended Vintage OMEGA WATCHES (only) On EBAY (NOT for Inquiries) | Omega Forums Again, I caution you to slow down and learn more before you purchase. Otherwise, you are very likely to end up overpaying, being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous seller, and being stuck with a watch that you ultimately won't like and can't sell. Take your time and good luck in your search.

For the love of god, stop doing that. Especially for something silly like posting on an internet forum. Unreal.

+1. You're not only putting yourself at risk. Think about others on the road with you.
