Well nice I suppose, but I kind of like it in July.

Ah it’s like 20f but we getting these 45mph wind gusts making it unpleasant. The brief storm left a thin ice coating on everything we ditched the hike halfway point as we were all walking like we were 80 trying not to fall. Bringing in the garbage can not much better

Right now terrible weather -- grey & cloudy in the morning. Came out of my work-out/gym to find it was snowing -- snow flurries only this time. Hellacious wind blowing - 20mph & gusting higher.
Now in the afternoon the sun is playing hide & seek with us.....

Fake Spring & then, Winter suddenly sets in.... 🙁

The weather where you are?...
I generally don't like cheap straps, canvas, NATO, etc. with high end luxury watches. It often looks cheesy. But you nailed it! This strap looks amazing with this Speedy.

+19 here today with bright sunshine and almost now wind. Perfect day to hit the tennis courts. So, a solid hour of rallies, then 10 minutes of volleys.

Home to have a cappuccino, then a good long steam, shower, and now this...

Dinner soon!

Rare day here on the Central Coast of California, it is raining and we just had a small earthquake! Both at the same time, that doesn’t happen often here.

Took the winter tires off on Wednesday ::facepalm1::

My wife is taking her car in to do that tomorrow, so hopefully the snow we have here is gone by then!

A while ago (four whole decades 🙁) I had a new Audi bought in the spring. Just after the first decent snowfall my boss, Chairman of our UK parent company, was in town and I was expected to meet him for brunch on Sunday morning. We had known each other a few years in a previous business and had a pretty similar attitude to entertaining the boss [No thank you, I have my own plans...].

So I ask if he has plans for the day. Apparently not and asks what I would be doing if he wasn't in town. Well I'd have been taking the Audi to the parking lot of our re-sellers which I knew would have been plowed and also deserted (because I was one of the few people who worked weekends there). Throw the car around a bit and then decide if I needed to get winter tyres for it.

OK, he'll come along.

Well it seems fine on the tyres it has. Borne out when taking it to ice-races on frozen lakes in New Hampshire over the next couple of years.

Then on my next visit to UK headquarters his Lancia Beta has gone and an Audi Coupe like mine is there instead 👍

Audi owes you a sales commission!

First winter on this '21 and it was a beast in the winter with the Michelin Alpin PA4s in this pic from earlier this winter. The Pirelli P Zeros that just went on would be suicide in winter conditions.
