Day after Christmas here.
I rode my scooter back from the In-laws.
Temp was a freezing 12ºC as I went down the country road through the forest.
It actually got up to 14ºC on the freeway, I was in a bit of a hurry to get home and warm up and I inadvertently sat on 135kph for a bit, then I thought I saw a cop car so I slowed down to 120. Got home to a warm house in pretty quick time though 😁.

·Boxing Day morning. -25° C. Forecast is for -34° C Boxing Bay night. Chill factor tonight, -40° to - 50° C, depending where in the province one lives. -40° C in the same as - 40° F. On the other hand, -50° C is -58°F! Unfortunately the long range forecast doesn’t cover July and August!

·-31° C (-24° F) this morning, with a wind chill factor of -40 to - 50° C. Most everything recreation-wise shuts down at temperatures like these. Schools close because school buses stop running. Need a tow or a battery boost? You can wait 24-hours for service at times like this. Good luck if you own a Tesla!
