I might be wrong, but imho you mix watches with original UG cases and those cased in the specific country.
There is SAB for sábado but SEP for september instead of setembro.

Concerning the dial and the day wheel: Many UG TDMP have different languages. It seems as if some dials only exist in one language and then just the wheels are changed to the specific language where they are sold. See the ad @bgrisso shows on page 1 of the thread. Same holds for my TDMP and the one @slique12 owned and now is owned by @TheRealMe.
Now, languages are mixed.
The ad is Portuguese.
Months and days in Spanish, French and Portuguese. As you can see, dial and day wheel are mixed in the ad.
