I learned this somewhere yet still struggle with it at times... First thought wrong!

While, ultimately, it's good for the site, as the unofficial welcoming committee, it sure takes some of the fun out of my job.

I really do love the unofficial welcoming committee, but I'm afraid your 'gun' is not as large as our good buddy, @Trev 's ... 😜

I am so glad to see this news.... Quite timely, for sure.

And I vow to report further spammish garbage from now on.... 😁 ... even when it's my own..

I like calling it "The Purge." We should treat scammers like they treated everyone in the movie The Purge. Catch a scammer and there are no rules on what you can or cannot do to them.

Another one gone today. First post was a sales post outside of the sales forums, no avatar, etc. Pretty low effort. We're not here to provide a free advertising platform for people with little interest in the community.
