    I’m right there with you, but I’d guess it’s a different take to the “kissing 40” insert where part of the “4” touches the “0” ?

    Maybe the owner is French as it is clearly a "kissing 40" bezel insert which are quite rare and valuable.

    I'm pretty sure the names are meant for nothing more then fun and marketing. From the About section of the website:

    "I hope you will be entertained with the hyper-accurate, detailed photos on vibrant backgrounds, and the technical information presented with a little bit of spice, like the nicknames given to some of the watches."
