Holy smokes, I've never seen a mid air collision like that before. If real, this footage suggests that they must have been flying at low speed, and the relative speeds between the two jets must have been minimal. And the way the jets just fell out of the sky suggests that the wings of both aircraft stalled and lost lift immediately.
