There was a pub in Bairsdale that was on the bank of the Mitchel river in a very low lying position, it had a sign that boasted that it was "The only pub in town on the river"........ During one of the many flood events of the Mitchel river, the sign was amended to "The only pub in town in the middle of the river"

I got thrown out of the zoo because I was arranging all the animals by height in ascending order.


They didn't like me critter sizing.
