Hi all, where can I find a manual that helps me know the names of all the visible parts on the 3861 movement? I would just like to know what I am looking at through the caseback. Thanks in advance!

Technical guide for the 1861 will probably help quite a bit — A good number of the visible parts play the same role as their counterparts in the previous generations. Last I checked, the technical guides for 1861 and 861 (basically the same movement) are readily available online.
