Tank Francaise winding question

Hi All

I have a Cartier Tank Francaise (mens) that was a swine from new to keep wound. I used to have to wear it full time.

I have never been sure if it has manual wind. Or is it auto only? I certainly struggle to grip the crown to try to wind it.

Does anyone know please?

There are models that are quartz, manual, or automatic.

If you’re “wearing it full time” to keep it wound (without additionally winding by the crown), it suggests yours is an auto in need of service.

I am assuming that it is an automatic watch, and that you are asking if it can also be wound manually. Do you know the movement caliber or perhaps the reference of the watch?
