Suggestions on this gold Seamaster 30

Hi all. Someone local is offering this Omega Seamaster 30, cal 269, with a 18k case. The dial isn't the best condition, but looks alright. The movement too, even though it's missing case screws. It's the case that I have no idea what it is. No Omega logo on the back case, no reference, nothing. Just the 18k/0.750 writing. It kind of seems like a generic case slammed into an Omega movement. Any ideas?

Lugs quite bent as well. No need to fill the box with junk at this point.

Side note, these generic gold cases usually have hollow lugs and very thin cases, perhaps half the weight as an Omega case.
