·There’s a huge difference between:
1) asking a question which you don’t have an answer to, getting a good/correct answer, accepting it, learning from it, and moving on with your life.
2) asking a question which you don’t have an answer to, getting a good/correct answer, arguing with it despite your self professed lack of knowledge, getting it clarified, and arguing with it again, and again, and again. Claiming that the person or people who have you the answer to your question are a) bullies, b) trolls, c) mean, d) wrong because reasons.
Sadly, there seems to be an awful lot of (2) going on in the last few days and weeks.
Asking “dumb” questions isn’t a problem.
Refusing to learn, and then acting like an arsehole, is.
