Stuck bracelet clasp spring bar tip...

Below, on the right, is an original bracelet clasp springbar for a 7912. I have an identical one with a tip that just won’t move.

Best to free it up with an oil soak, a solvent soak, a trip to the ultrasonic? Thanks.
