The bracelets were integrated with the case.

My fault. I was distracted by the catalog notation "Matching cufflinks available" for that watch. 😎 I wonder if they featured the Observatory...

A watchmaker I used to use mentioned that people would remove these bracelets and solder lugs onto the cases. Omega would take your watch, remove the lugs, and solder these bracelets to the cases.

People just have to mess with things. 😀

They look like they have curved or fitted ends. I've never actually seen a vintage Omega strap like that though.

The one on the 004/010 look that way due to the short lugs. No idea what's going on with the 168 5417, that looks completely wrong.

I’m thinking there was some artistic license going on for that catalog shoot. After the art director was fired for doctoring the look of those watches, he was hired by Sotheby’s. 😁
