I’d keep the lizard straps, but for a more casual daytime look, I’d try taupe leather. Taupe Togo would feel softer and more relaxed, while taupe Epsom would look cleaner but still less formal than lizard. I think taupe would tone down the gold case nicely without making the watch look too modern.
