Well, let's think it though. The retail for this watch is $7700 if I am not mistaken. The retail for the bracelet is $1800.

So this puts the total close to $10k. No one pays retail, understood. Still, it would push the 45th to a higher price range which they probably were trying to stay out of. Thus NATO.

I am sure lots of people who bought this watch either wear it with the NATO or put it in a safe to keep it until the next generation is ready to overpay for it.

Thought I'd show you some photos of my new 45th with bracelet from my Gen-1 X-33. It shows how the centre link is raised compared to the others. I like it but some may not. The nice thing is the end link sits below the edge of the lugs. I've also shown my Skywalker bracelet that looks like the centre link is not sitting proud but I think the edges will sit proud of the lugs. I love this watch and can't keep looking at it. Saw it in London Omega boutique last week and couldn't say no. Lovely service at Oxford Street I must say, really friendly bunch and would recommend popping in.

Why is the back of the standard strap in leather?!? 80percent of the strap which has contact to the arms is with the non leathered site to the skin?!?

Hello Everyone

I finally received my watch yesterday, it was a long wait but really worth it.

Now I am on the quest for a bracelet, do you know if #020TS1997998 will fit this watch? Allegedly this should fit the X-33

Is it an older version of the reference recomended before? (020TIZ000765)

Thanks a lot!

Looks like I'm one of the few who actually likes the brown NATO. I think the NATO really brings out the case, dial, sedna gold etc. whereas the pictures I see here on the titanium bracelet, it seems rather plain and dull because of the color of the titanium.

Please any help with this refference? I dont mean to be spoonfed but I am lost with this bracelet.

Ps: I like the nato, its of great quality and confortable but it Looks bucky in my small arm. I guess you need to be the size of Hulk for this to fit you just right

I think @hkrauss has taken one of the more beautiful pics of this combination, many of us, myself included, put the X-33 bracelet on the 45th, and think its a perfect match. Omega part # for the bracelet is 020TIZ000765

Love this combo!

Side note, I never really loved the Speedmaster's(original) current bracelet. Anyone ever have the polished center accent links brushed out for an all brushed Speedy?

Case number is 055TGZ000431. But if they are asking for the case reference to find you a bracelet, then don't hold your breath. If they use the case to look up bracelets for this case, they will find that none are listed. Omega does not list every part that goes with every other part they make, only what the case was originally meant to be mated with, which is of course just he NATO strap. Don't be surprised if they tell you that the only thing they will sell you for this is the NATO that it comes with...

Cheers, Al
