Do you want a new, Omega branded strap or an old, correct for the watch, Omega branded strap?

The first option will be expensive and probably not fit aesthetically to the watch while the second option will be expensive and may fall to pieces after a short while.

Except for use on display pieces, I would not suggest vintage straps and as far as modern ones are concerned, I'd much rather source one from elsewhere. That it is not Omega branded would be of no concern to me, as these are made by other companies for Omega anyway.

This is my Constellation
Strap is black, buckle is white… With this one look terrible on gold plated case
My idea is for replace this parts with original strap with gold plated buckle.

Rarely NOS ones pop up on eBay, check out sales threads on Omega Forums, if you had enough posts, a WTB thread would get you many alternatives I imagine, as most collectors likely have some straps they don't use

I have this Omega strap for example, but I don't remember if I have an 14mm vintage gold plated buckle to go with it, my inventory is in another city 😁

The gist of the story is, watch eBay / your local auctions etc. - you'll come across one

Just calculated, that looks like an 16mm NOS buckle, if there's a 564 movement in there too, I guess indeed it's a nice deal - that box is also like $30

But the strap is 18mm and not 19mm like he needs?

So…

Last week’s reading much information!
My last question is for my model of Constellation because I want restore with original strap and buckle…

This is my watch from my Reference of Omega Vintage Watches

https://www.omegawatches.com/watch-omega-constellation-omega-st-168-0018

So…
I buying vintage Omega strap and think for now for buckle, but…

What one because of years of production ‘67 - ‘70
My choice is from this two models because I not understand what is used in this time of years
Who from this buckles is correct for my watch?

Down is examples…
Tell me what from this two
Have to buy!

I think it's a futile effort to go for authenticity with a strap, finding the correct bracelet/endlink makes more sense

These are 19/16 by the way, if I'm not mistaken

https://www.cheapestnatostraps.com/collections/shop-by-size-1/products/tapered-heritage-gray-nubuck
^ Basically all of the tapered ones are 19/16 - but if you email them, for some reason they claim they are 19/17 - there used to be someone with 1:1 grasp on inventory, but lately every question I ask are replied with confusing answers

These ones are awesome: https://www.cheapestnatostraps.com/...cts/kvarnsjo-retro-brown-with-white-stitching - but they don't really look that good with Omega's, too thick

Thank you of
@Peemacgee

I know sources, but type of buckle is not for my model watch
Down I explained way with photos.

This is only information!
Before some days
I order Extract from the Archives because I don’t know years of production…

So…
This buckle is straight looking from down

In original source from Omega Buckle in not straight…
Light is different!
Looking from back side of strap of second photo

From this photos here…
Light from inside of Buckles is not straight
Means
Buckle for my watch is
One of this!
Problem is what one is my
This only can be understanding If you have access to Omega Extranet, but I don’t have…

I’m afraid that you can’t be certain that the strap and buckle in the OVDB is original to the watch - or even Omega.

Buckles would likely be different depending on when the watch was produced AND when the watch was sold.
12 months (or even less) could make all the difference.
review the buckles in the pics and choose one from around the right era and you can’t be wrong.
