Strange Seamaster De Ville

I recently inherited my father’s watch and I’m looking for any information on it (date, model, anything). I believe, but am not certain, that it was purchased in Singapore in the mid-70’s. Note the missing Omega logo on the dial, the odd font for “Omega”, the unusual script S in “Seamaster”, and the “deville” on the back of the case. The band isn’t original. I’d love to get a new stem, get it serviced and cleaned up, find a band that is similar to the original, and wear it myself. I haven’t seen another Omega Seamaster De Ville like this, but this one ran for nearly 50 years so I’m pretty sure it’s genuine. Can anyone educate me?

Genuine De Ville with a repainted dial.

A watchmaker can use Tool 107 to remove the crystal and access the movement.
All of the information needed to source a new crown/stem will be on the inside of the caseback and on the movement.
