strange omega front snap case

There is no connection that I know of between Wyler and Omega in the USA.
Movement doesn't look like an Omega, but it looks like a Wyler/ETA:

Case engraving is crude. Silver hallmark is non-US, but there is an import code on the movement. Can't read it though.
Pictures are so distorted and blurry, I haven't a clue what I'm looking at.
I would not purchase this watch.
