An strange Omega vintage dial with an star up logo and bellow12

Hello everybody,

Someone offered me an Omega 2398-5 cal 332, but I'm not sure about the dial.
It has a star above the logo and below 12, I've never seen one like it. Photos attached.
Can anyone help me about this?
