Ok that’s weird. Something I like though, get hot chips from KFC or similar, get two large kitkat bars, finely chop the Kit Kat bars up, microwave them to a liquid chocolate, pour over the kfc chips, add salt to taste. Kitkat chips are awesome. Gf thinks it is dugyot (in Tagalog).
Yeah this is genius, I hate biting into cold hard ice cream. How long does she heat it for? A minute? Is the ice cream mostly cold after, or a mix of hot and cold like those delicious lava ice creams at restaurants?
Less than a minute. It's still basically solid when she takes it out, but that's all I know. I didn't get a close look.
Where does a graduated, metal shot glass go? With the measuring tools/cups or with the other drinking glasses?
Common, its graduated right? Clearly it belongs with the measuring tools / cups. Now if I could just get my spouse to understand the system for sorting miscellaneous kitchen instruments into three drawers. Drawer 1: things with big ends, drawer 2: flat things which are not sharp, and drawer 3: somewhat sharp things (not knives, they go in the block).
Do you regularly drink from the metal graduated shot glass? If so it is in the right place, but you are using it wrong. If not, it is just in the wrong place.
Not all ice creams freeze rock-hard, especially not the cheap stuff that has lots of air whipped into it, or has all sort of additives (mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids, guar gum, etc). It's why ice cream manufacturers usually put the volume on the packaging, and not the weight.
