Speedy Tuesday Question

Just a simple question guys...those of you that have reserved your Speedy Tuesday...have you received yours? or are you still waiting?

Mine (no. 1583) seems to be in a black hole somewhere...I've sent a few queries about mine to the SpeedyTuesday email address but no response.

I received my mid-1700s # last month.

Very surprised you've had no response - Omega has been very good with communications with me, mainly through Arthur Hery of the International Sales Dept.: [email protected] (have you used that e-mail address).

Good luck, and, BTW, it's well worth waiting for!

Mine came at the very end of October. Got an email three week before that and one from Omega UK about a week before it was delivered asking if I still wanted it.

I had no emails from Omega prior to receiving mine, the first notification I had was when the Omega dealer called me to say it had arrived. I had also emailed Omega previously for an update without reply.
Seems crazy that some people have still not received their watches.

I received a personal email from the president of Omega himself. Looks like mine will come in January. Can't wait. Seeing all the ST Speedys are killing me. Plus its tempting to buy another watch with that cash set aside for this purchase.

Unbelievable that people are still waiting. I'd be so pissed off.. 🙁

No. Outside my control. I would rather focus my energy elsewhere and receive the watch right the first time. However, if they gave my reservation to someone else, then I would provide a different response, complete with expletives.

Yes, my brother has received such an email. His is at the OB ready to collect. His wife has just given birth and he is snowed under with work and its also a 500 mile round trip to collect. They basically said we will give it to someone if you don't collect it!

They can't ship it? or probably more like, they won't ship it.

That's just 🤬 up. Not good customer service. I'd expect it to be personally couriered by Mr CEO himself after this sort of delay..

I do so hope this is not another Corporate case of :

“We’ve got your money……so you can now ‘fυck off’ !… in terms of customer care “

However……It’s not looking good in terms of further ‘micro’ Limited Editions

‘Under-promise & over-deliver’ is the key to Customer engagement & satisfaction……rather than the reverse !

That's very strange. When I contacted the nearest OB to me about buying a Seamaster 300 LE recently, they offered to take payment details via email and either ship it to me or hold it for as long as it took me to come pick it up.
