DStrap made me a really nice vintage vibe strap. Love the way it changes the watch' looks.

It is that red middle layer that does it for me. Together with the aged look of the black leather. The TinTin itself looked almost too clean when I opened the box. Now it seems to radiate more heritage. Happy!

Only came on here a few months ago for help and have become addicted. So much so that today I received my very own 'Tintin'. When I sort out the sizing of the bracelet I'll take and post a wrist shot. Anyway , if anyone is still noting the serial numbers mine is - 787414XX

I'm not really loving my tin+tin. It just doesn't compare to my Gemini 4. I need to think this through. IMG_20170623_101530.jpg IMG_20170616_100704.jpg

The gemini is a tough comparison!

If you had the two side by side it's an easy choice....

    GEMINI 4!

For those that can't stretch to a gem 4...

    TIN TIN.

Each to their own, as regards taste and what is a nicer watch. A large consensus on this forum would argue that the most desirable Omega watch is one with a cartoon dog drawn on it.

I don't know. Only posterity will tell whether that cartoon dial watch will be remembered as a classic Moonwatch or just fade away after some time as too kiddish that was a craze for some time....
