Good shots--always appreciate macro's of the uneven paintjob of the checkered ring. Without a loupe, most people would never know it looked like that 😀

This is why its important to keep track of the 'official' serial number spectrum.📖

Doubt we will see that, I've never seen a speedy dial modified, I've seen service dials for sale, or restored vintage dials done.

Just defending the frankeneers, since I'm one now.

There is nothing much written that was already known. Its ranked at 3stars. Production year 2013-2016 but with ?
They could writte that box type can also be new standard wood box. At least mine came in woodbox and not in red.

The ones that were sold before the wooden box came out came in a red box. I have one in the red and one in the wooden.

Seems like they got that manufacturing information slightly wrong. I thought word was that production of this model had definitely ended by mid-2015, with boutique inventory almost completely depleted by May 2016. Heck, fratello had mentioned rumors that it had ceased production by May 2014:

I too had same information to believe. Or Omega just cleverly used Fratellowatches to post favourable articles to sell out their inventory by igniting interest among watch enthusiasts!! The logic may go little further and later they obliged them by collaborating for ST or vise versa?! Just wild thoughts. Hope I'm wrong. I don't know.

Not so true re the depletion.

I knew of several in the OB network at the end of 16 and personally bought the last one in the UK (Bond Street) in Feb this year and confirmed by Omega that there were non at all now in any Omega boutique world wide.

That does not include the authorised dealer network - which I can also confirm there is none in the UK, largely because I spent a day calling every AD in the UK.
