This picture makes me very jealous. I should have unleashed myself quite some time ago since prices are skyrocketing, but I've bought too many speedies lately. I think by the time I'll get a nice 1675 they'll cost 20 grand

I just bought the 145.012...Probably the easiest c321 to get right ?Love it though...Don't know about vintage subs though

Can't speak for vintage but I've owned an 114060 and now a 3570.50. I miss the sub sometimes but I'll never part with the Speedo. If I lose all my other worldly possessions, I'll be the bum wearing a Speedo at the corner.

What Watch do you wear with Your Speedo? I am assuming a sub as the Speedmaster is not as suited for water sports....

 

I've got a '67 5513 with the original domed crystal - I love my speedmasters but that crystal is something special. The way it distorts is incredible.

I've had a few people who aren't into vintage query whether it's a fake when they compare it to their modern pieces!

 

Both are lovely watches ..

 

I own/owned 4 Rolexes, 4 Speedys, and 0 Subs. Perhaps it is time to dip my toes in water...
