Speedmaster pushers, pressed and/or screwed?

I'm a little bit confused: There are screwed and pressed pushers around. Is this different between the references or the case manufacturer?

My 105.012 has pressed pushers but there are also screwed pushers for sale on eBay...

There seems to be a fair bit of variation in pushers. I believe there are screw in and press in pushers for 105.003 as well. I've wondered if the screw in Ed Whites are just 2998/105.002 cases with T marked dials and a different caseback, but I have no clue.

I guess the only way to know which are correct for your watch is to have your watchmaker open it up and determine definitively.
